A public footpath crosses the site and remains open at all times.

No amplified music is permitted on the campsite - but feel free to sing to your hearts content.

If you’re looking for a place to host a hen or stag party - the campsite is not it.

Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Star gazing is very much allowed as the site and the village are both unlit. Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch.

Arrivals and departures

Sometime the weather is inclement - so the Cook Hut provides a perfect haven. A place to play cards, tell stories or bust out the jigsaws! Unfortunately No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Changes to your holiday

Bookings cannot be amended within 10 day(s) of arrival.

Dogs

The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).

General

This site has no on-site shower facilities, a wash basin and stand are provided. The site does have a mains water supply. General waste and recycling bins are both provided and must remain at least 8 meters from the Cook Hut.

Occupancy

Bookings are accepted on the understanding that noise restrictions regarding music and late night disturbances are not acceptable. Did I mention no hen/stag parties permitted?

Pitches

You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.

Safety

Barbecues are permitted using the campsites BBQ, please don’t bring any disposable ones.

Firearms are not permitted. (Goodness, as if you would!)

Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them the site is unlit. Thought that was worth reiterating.
