Private campsite, small and secluded set in half an acre of countryside.
Maggie’s Field is a non-electric, self-pitch small campsite located within a 10 mile radius of Hereford, Hay-on-wye and Kington. Offering half an acre of space for the exclusive use of one group of adults and kids (up to 10 in total, although one dog is allowed to come along too…) Up to five campers get the entire campsite to themselves for as little as £75 per night mid- week or £100 per night at weekends.
Complete with your very own Cook Hut equipped with a 2 ring stove, kettle and kitchen table to gather around.
Outdoor dining can be enjoyed under the shelter of a canopy with trestle table and long benches.
A log fire will be set ready for you to light.
The site is self-contained so kids can run about safely.
A fire-pit and barbecue are provided on site, outdoor dining can be enjoyed around a long trestle table under the shelter of a canopy. Enamel mugs and china plates, kettle and frying pan are also provided.

“Beautiful site. Children free to explore and make as much noise as they like! Maggie is a lovely host and has put a lot of care and attention into the facilities.
“Everything was clean and tidy and there were many thoughtful extras. The tree swing and campfire area were the biggest hit! We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return.”
